Hello everyone,
Thanks for stopping by. I wanted to make more cards with the lovley Favored Flowers Designer Series Papers from SU as the Sale-a-bration offer to get them free ends at the end of February. I have cut into my pack and fussy cut so many flowers to make focal images and because the papers are double sided, I find I use up all my scraps as I go, wasting very little. I have made so many cards already and still have lots of paper left.
I love making tent fold cards and they sit nicely on a shelf and people don't pry at the messages inside. This style is like another take on an accordion fold and so very simple to make. I don't know who came up with the original take on this card but I will gladly attribute if they contact me.
Here is how I make my cards:
White base card 4 1/8" x 11" (US 4 1/4 x 11 as your card is wider) , scored at 5 1/2
Fresh Freesia card 3 7/8 x 10 1/4 (US 4 x 10 1/4) scored at 2 1/2, 5
DSP 1 -3 5/8 x 5 (US 3 3/4 x 5)
DSP contrast for front panel 3 5/8 x 2 1/4 (US 3 3/4 x 2 1/4
Fussy cut flowers or add focal image to front and any sentiment - et voila!
