Bay Window Card

I'm using the glorious Boughs of Holly papers from StampinUp, yet again, for this great card fold. I love them!

Several people have asked me if I make card kits so I am trialling this one and it can be  for all abilities, even  absolute beginners, as I will cut and and score the base,  DSP, mats, provide topper, ribbon, embellishment and enough dimensionals to make 4 cards. The white inserts will however be blank as SU have a rigid policy that everyone must do their own stamping. How else would we learn? All you will need then, is a kit, some adhesive and to watch my YouTube tutorial to put it together. A brilliant toe in the water if you have been thinking about joining SU and just want to see the quality for yourself. This way you can select your own mix of colours. The price for all of this,  including UK postage, is £8 by BACS transfer to avoid fees. This is a real introductory offer while stock lasts, to simply cover my costs and to guage interest. I would love to know what you think of this idea. You can email me (lkilby3591@gmail.com)to let me know and I will send you bank details for payment. Also drop me an email if you would like more info about joining my team - no pressure!

As well as the Boughs of Holly papers, today I used Soft Succulent card, Basic White card, Real Red card. I stamped with Real Red ink using the Merry Christmas stamp from Brightest Glow set and chose Mossy Meadow ink pad for the splats. The label was made with the Trio punch.

This is a card fold that I have often made but sometimes you have to be reminded how pretty it is. My thanks goes to fellow demo Julianne Richards for just that.

Box card

There are many incarnations of similar cards around but I'm calling my card today a "Box card" because it has a folded section that makes it stand really well in a boxy shape. It folds almost flat to post too, so a winner for me.

I was asked to collaborate with Elisabethhogarthdesigns as part of her Christmas card event and was delighted to make this video tutorial for you all.

This is sure to be one of the cards on display on a shelf or mantle-piece.

Ive used the new Fitting Florets suite from StampinUp! It comprises dies, stamps, papers, gold swirl embellishments that I've teamed up with the wintry embossing folder and gold shimmer ribbon.

I really love how the delicate leafy spray cuts from gold card for an extra little accent and I've taken inspiration from some fellow demos to colour some of the berries on the DSP red to match the frame.

As a special gift to my SU customers, I am sending a free PDF cutting guide for this A6 portrait card plus A6 landscape, slimline DL and US A2 size. It has all the card sizes in inches and centimetres and needs to used alongside the video for instructions. Please quote the  Host code RQGYK32M for November and December 2022 purchases to obtain your free PDF and a small gift from me depending on size of order. If you would like to upgrade your order to £99 you can obtain £130 worth of goods and 20% discount on future purchases by joining my team. Email me for more details or see online - I'd love to welcome you onboard! This applies to UK, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium amd Ireland.
